3 of me Sketch Response: Where I Was, Where I Am, Where I’m Headed
I’m thinking about asking some friends who enjoy visual thinking to provide a sketch response to this prompt. I always used this with my High School Seniors, and the results were poignant. The challenge is simply to
reflect on your life and respond in 3 images
The images may be sketches, photographs, cinemagraphs, icons, gifs, emoji – whatever. They maybe be realistic, minimalistic, or abstract – whatever! You may get very literal (such as specific places you’ve lived), or – ideally – symbolic (a great exercise in metaphorical thinking).
contextualize the images with some explanation
Some students used Thinglink to annotate. I was thinking if people tweeted the image collage they could try to explain within the character limit. Short and sweet.
